9:00-10:00 Serving & Serve Receive Camp – This session is designed to increase overall precision of the pass and toughness of the serve. Overhand serve, jump serves, and top spin will be taught if the athlete wants to learn/refine the skill.
10:15-11:15 Defense Camp – This session is designed to teach floor defense techniques to improve the quality of digs and give the athlete the knowledge necessary to read the opponent and position themselves according to the block. Blocking will be incorporated for those who desire to improve blocking footwork and arm/hand control.
1:00-2:00 Setters Camp – This session is designed for setters who want to work of footwork, precision, decision making and variety of sets. Non-setters can stay and work on proper hand technique to improve ball control.
2:15-3:15 Hitters Camp – This session going to cover hitting technique related to the hand contact, arm/body movement, footwork, proper landing, different tools (cross/lane, tip, roll shot etc…) and is designed to athletes who want to have better control of their hits.
